We sell our wholesale priced cases on the DryMeister website. Check out will display the payment methods we accept. WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Wholesale Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Meister Solutions, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company ("Seller"), and the wholesale purchaser ("Buyer"). Seller and Buyer may each be referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

1. Products

The products covered by this Agreement are DryMeister products ("Products") sold by Seller.

2. Order Placement and Acceptance

All orders placed by Buyer are subject to acceptance by Seller.
Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any order in its sole discretion.
Orders will be confirmed by Seller via email.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices for Products are as specified in Seller’s current wholesale price list.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment in full is required upfront before shipment of Products. Payment methods accepted are American Express, ApplePay, Mastercard, and Visa. Contact us directly at orders@meistersolutions.com for information about wire transfers for payment.
Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other governmental charges related to the purchase of Products.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Seller uses Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) for all shipping and returns through Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD).
Amazon stores, picks, packs, ships, and delivers the DryMeister Products to Buyer.
Shipping costs will be borne by Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Risk of loss and title to Products will pass to Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Seller will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery schedules but will not be liable for any delays.

5. Inspection and Acceptance of Products

Buyer must inspect Products upon receipt.
Any claims for damaged or missing Products must be reported to Seller within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
After 15 days from the receipt of shipment, Buyer will be deemed to have accepted the Products as delivered.

6. Returns and Refunds

No returns will be accepted unless there is product damage upon receiving the shipment.
Returns due to damage must be reported within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of shipment.
In the event of damage, Buyer must provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the damage.
Upon verification of damage, Seller will, at its discretion, either replace the damaged Products or issue a refund.

7. Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) Pricing

Buyer agrees to adhere to Seller’s Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as specified in the Seller’s pricing guidelines.
The MSRP for each Product will be provided to Buyer upon acceptance of their order.
Buyer shall not advertise or sell the Products below the MSRP without prior written approval from Seller.
Failure to comply with the MSRP policy may result in termination of Buyer’s wholesale account and future orders.

8. First-Time Customer Minimum Order Value

For first-time customers of Meister Solutions, LLC, the minimum order is one case of any SKU.
Orders that do not meet this minimum value will not be accepted.

9. Inventory Availability

Seller will make reasonable efforts to fulfill Buyer’s orders in the quantities requested.
In the event that Seller is unable to meet the quantities ordered by Buyer due to inventory shortages, Seller will notify Buyer as soon as possible.
If Seller is unable to fulfill the entire order, Buyer will have the option to accept a partial shipment or cancel the order for a full refund.
In the case of a partial shipment, Buyer will be charged only for the Products shipped, and a refund will be issued for any unshipped Products.

10. Product Rights

Meister Solutions, LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Products and any related intellectual property.
Buyer acknowledges that it does not acquire any ownership rights to the Products or any related intellectual property through the purchase of Products.

11. Limitation of Liability

Seller’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Products will be limited to the amount paid by Buyer for the specific Products giving rise to the claim.
In no event will Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Waiver

The failure of either Party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.

16. Assignment

Buyer may not assign its rights or delegate its obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Seller.

17. Notices

All notices required or permitted under this Agreement will be in writing and will be deemed delivered when delivered in person or by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the addresses specified by the Parties.
