Meister Solutions LLC uses FBA, also know as Fulfillment by Amazon, for all shipping and returns. With FBA, Amazon stores, picks, packs, ships, and delivers the DryMeister products to you, our customer. Amazon also handles customer service and returns as it relates to shipping for DryMeister orders.
